Returns & Replacements

We take great pride in all of our products and prints, and we want to please our customers. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please enclose a note stating reason for return along with original receipt and in original packaging. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Prints and posters are subject to a 15% restocking fee. **Custom Rosenfeld prints or embossed items are not returnable.**

We accept payment for orders placed on the Web Store by credit card--Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express--or by PayPal.

Updating Account Information

To create a customer account in our store: Follow the "Login" or "My Account" links in the top right of any page, then click on the "Create an Account" button. You'll be asked for your name and email address, and you'll need to create a password. You will receive an email confirmation.

Once you have created an account, you can log in to view your orders and wishlist anytime you visit the store: Follow the "Login" or "My Account" links in the top right of any page. Enter your email address and password then click "Login".

After you have logged in, you can update your account information by following the "My Account" link in the top right of any page.

Viewing Orders

After you submit an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement that will include a link to view your order. If you have created a customer account in our store, you may also view any orders you have placed when logged in with that account.
