Silver Gelatin Prints

This is the standard black and white print type which has been in use for many years for creating fine art prints.  The description Silver Gelatin is used because of the silver-halide gelatin in the chemistry of the paper.

Prints are reproduced from original negatives, when they are available.  Because each print is printed in our dark room, there will be a slight variation in each presentation.  Visible blemishes are often a result of the condition of the original negative, and deliver the beauty of a first generation print.

We offer these vintage Rosenfeld images as they were originally created, with the same artistic interpretation and care of Rosenfeld & Sons master printers.

Most of the images in the Rosenfeld Collection are available in this format.

Please note these prints are custom printed, so allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Also note the 11" x 14" and the 16" x 20" sizes are PAPER SIZE, there is up to an inch border
around the image to allow for matting and framing.
