Shipping & Delivery

Weekday orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Purchases made on the weekend will ship the next business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email message with tracking information. Returns & Replacements

We take great pride in all of our products and prints, and we want to please our customers. If for any reason you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us at wholesale@mysticseaport.org.

Payment

We accept payment for orders placed on the Wholesale Web Store by credit card--Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If you have terms with us, we will invoice you.

Updating Account Information

To create a customer account in our store: Contact us at wholesale@mysticseaport.org. We will email you when your account has been established.

Once you have an account, you can log in to view your orders and wishlist anytime you visit the store:Ā Follow the "Login" or "My Account" links in the top right of any page. Enter your email address and password then click "Login".

After you have logged in, you can update your account information by following the "My Account" link in the top right of any page.

Viewing Orders

After you submit an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement that will include a link to view your order. If you have a customer account in our store, you may also view your past orders.
