MIGRANT Headsails, 1934

The headsail men aboard the three-masted schoonerMigrant take to the foot-ropes under the long bowsprit to gather in the big jib topsail about to be lowered away. Migrant was built in 1929 and at 223 feet overall was hailed as the largest schooner-yacht in the world.
