The 14'11" keel catboat, SNARLEYOW, was designed by John Harvey and built in 1882 by John C. Smith.  This drawing was enlarged from a tracing by James C. Kleinschmidt.  and original drawing was by C.P. Kunhardt.  Plans were drawn by Mystic Seaport staff.
